In case you want our team to visit for campus recruitment, kindly share the communication about your college/university through mail/phone. Once the visit is confirmed by our team, campus placement drive details should be mentioned on college/university website/social channels like Facebook, LinkedIn etc at least 7 days before the campus date. All details are required to be mentioned correctly on college/university website i.e. company name (SynapseIndia), eligibility, package, job details etc.

Job description:

We recruit fresh talents in various departments based on there educational backgrounds and skill-sets. We recruit candidates for technical as well as non technical profiles including .Net, Sharepoint, PHP, Android, Iphone, HTML, Photoshop, SEO, HR, Testing, Admin, IT Support, Branding, Business Development etc.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • B. Tech. (CS, IT, ECE / EEE)
  • M.C.A.
  • M. Tech.
  • M.B.A.

Campus Recruitment process :

  • Presentation
  • Written test (offline)
  • Face to face interview in campus
  • Face to face interview at SynapseIndia OR Telephonic/Skype interview for outstation candidates (Terms & conditions apply)

  • All offered students will be joining as a Trainee for 1 year after which their appraisals will be done as per their performance and company norms

Industrial visit before campus placement drive:

Before campus placement drive, it is recommended (optional) for college/university students to visit our office so that they can get a fair idea of the process and our work environment. We are mentioning the details of paid industrial visit at SynapseIndia below:

  • Students will be taken to our all development halls to see and experience the corporate working environment
  • Students will be given an introduction to the actual process of working on projects by individuals as well as by team
  • Students will get the proper session of latest technologies used in SynapseIndia across departments
  • Technical session on one on-demand technology in SynapseIndia
  • Students will be given a participation certificate for Industrial visit
